Objective: The purpose of this study was to design the model of the ‎Ministry of Sports and Sports Managers of Iran.‎Methodology: The present study is based on the purpose of ‎fundamental research and is conducted according to exploratory data ‎collection and using the data theory method. The data collection tool ‎was a deep semi-structured interview. The statistical population ‎consisted of experts responsible for the physical education of the ‎overall education departments, managers, heads of sports federations in ‎the country, and the physical education instructors of the students. ‎Based on the theoretical saturation criterion, 15 people have been used ‎by the targeted sampling method with snowball techniques. The ‎collected data were analyzed using open, axial, and selective coding, ‎and the final pattern was extractedResults: As a result, 172 primary concepts and 13 main concepts were ‎obtained, which in the form of a paradigm model, including axial and ‎causal conditions (structural, management and leadership and staff ‎characteristics), bed or field (organizational orientation and landscape ‎And the resources of the equipment), interventional factors (update, ‎nonlinearity of organization and knowledge management), strategies ‎‎(organizational development and processes of processes) and ‎implications (entrepreneurship, organizational dynamics, and ‎preservation of human resources) were presented.‎Conclusion: The findings of the research show that managers and sports ‎experts use a competency framework for exercise, training, selection, ‎and appointment

Purpose: Something that happens in the future of a scientific field depends on today's view of young people about the future. The perception of young people from the future and their conception of the future is very important. The purpose of this study was to imaging the future of sports science from the perspective of educated youth. Method: The method of the present research is qualitative and exploratory research and in terms of purpose is applied research. The statistical population of the study included educated youth who are familiar with sports science and the snowball sampling method was used for interviews and theoretical saturation were obtained with 23 interviews. To analyze the data, the content analysis method has been used to obtain the information of this research. Findings: The results show the future of sports science among educated youth consists of seven main concepts that include: hope for a green education system, excessive interest in working in the sports industry, basic reengineering, relative disappointment from the ability of authorities, social position through academic education, desire for empowerment and lack of skills, injustice, and utilitarianism. Conclusion: Finally, by observing the mental images of the youth, it can be stated that sports science will move towards the dystopia if the current situation continues, and it can move towards the utopia with fundamental changes. In this direction, the stakeholders of sports sciences need to be together and disagreements need to be managed as well as arbitrariness of sports science professionals should be reduced.

This study was conducted to introduce a model for organizational agility based on information technology from the viewpoint of sports experts. In terms of quality and data gathering, phenomenology and in-depth interview approaches have been applied in the present study. The study population consisted of a group that has a good command of the issue including sports experts (active individuals in technology field and knowledge management, university professors, technology contributors and entrepreneurs and sports infrastructure organizations); data was gathered using the snowball sampling method and it achieved theoretical saturation using the viewpoints of 15 experts. The results of the in-depth interviews were converted into the tree model of information infrastructure in sports organization and organizational agility using the open, axial, and selective coding methods. Our findings show that information technology, network communications, architecture and data services, information management, technology institutions, adaptability, and technology speed are the main pillars of these infrastructures; hence, the assumption on the role of organizational agility is supported. To ensure the consistency of the encoding factors, MAXQDA Software (Version 12) was used and the coefficient of agreement of 81 % was obtained. We believe that the relevant model may be able to facilitate the integration of technology in sports and its organizational agility.

The present study was conducted by examining the views of relevant experts and their exposure to child labor in Shiraz. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews and analyzed based on grounded theory. Ten axial categories and one core category were extracted from the coding process. The core category was developed under the title of "institutional passivity and sectoralism". The results of the research showed that the causal conditions such as incompatibility and institutional and managerial confusion, diversity of perspectives to the phenomenon of child labor and non-governmental organizations and indifference towards child labor has caused the emergence of this phenomenon. Intervening conditions include: negative representation and conflicting media activities, Inhibition of some domestic and international rules and laws and child labor of nationals and the problem of identification and identity. This central phenomenon is located in special conditions and contexts due to family pressure and starting the work process in childhood, child labor as an income generating industry, child labor as a source of financial support for the family and the unique opportunity for working children, and Shiraz's oppurtunities for immigrants. The type of encounter with working children in Shiraz has caused numerous consequences that can be seen Unreasonable increase of child labor of nationals, Failure to contain and control the problem of working children, lack of proper organization and social support of working children, Anonymity of working children and persuasion and encouragement of nationals to immigrate to Shiraz.

The purpose of this research was to analyze the mental patterns of experts regarding the problems of the country's national sports brand. This research was of a mixed type from the point of view of purpose, application, and due to the use of Q methodology. In the first stage, using a targeted sampling method with 14 people from sports management, sports marketing management, branding experts, experts and experts in the field of public diplomacy and sports, experts in the field of public and sports tourism and media people. An interview was conducted to determine the cue expressions. After this stage, it was time to identify the mentalities with the quantitative method and with the help of Q factor analysis technique. In the current research, the number of participants was 29 people, they arranged the Q expressions in a non-probabilistic manner. Using Varimax rotation and exploratory factor analysis, the above factors were categorized using SPSS version 22 software. The findings showed that seven mental patterns "legal environment and restrictive governance", "tendency to improper management", "external pressures and sanctions", "absence of free markets", "weak sports cultural structure", "economic problems" and capitalism" and "the weakness of the country's sports media" regarding the problems surrounding the country's national sports brand. In a general conclusion, it should be stated that the sports structure of the country has not been able to explain its brand well in the country and present it as a national brand both domestically and internationally,

The purpose of this study is to explore barriers to resistance economic in sport development from sports professionals' view point. The study population included 160 professionals and experts and sports officials across the country who have a resume of university teaching or experience in sport economy. Finally, the number of not distorted returned questionnaires was 143. The sampling method was purposeful in this research. the research instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire (based on the identified factors of the qualitative section). The validity of the questionnaire is formal and content reliability was confirmed by 10 sport management experts by reliability coefficient was Cronbach’ s alpha 89%. To analyze the research data SPSS 20 software in significance level (0% 05˃ p) and AMOS software were used. The descriptive statistics of mean and standard deviation and inferential statistics after analyzing data distribution and KMO and Bartlett’ s test and to interpret the factor loads of the items the correlation matrix was used. The results of structural equation modeling showed that the challenges and barriers to implementation resistance economy the factor of "weakness of legal and legal factors" (84%). It has the greatest impact and "disregard of documents upstream" (58%) have the least impact. According to the results of the research, it is suggested that the legislator's authorities do not help with the implementation of the rules of the law and the implementation of the resistance economy in sport.

The purpose of this research was to identify the factors affecting the development of championship swimming in Yazd, Iran from the perspective of coaches, experts, and managers. 123 experts in the field of swimming were randomly selected as the research sample, and a researcher-developed questionnaire was used for data collection. Data analysis was performed using a one-way analysis of variance and the Kruskal-Wallis test. The results showed that all coaches, experts, and managers had a consensus on improving the level of scientific and technical knowledge of coaches, controlling and monitoring the activities of coaches, finding talent using scientific and specialized methods, and establishing swimming schools, facilities, and equipment. Therefore, these factors were found to be the most important and effective factors in developing the championship swimming in Yazd province.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between intellectual capital with psychological empowerment and professional commitment of sports federation experts. The statistical population of this study included all experts from selected sports federations, of which 203 were reckoned. According to the Morgan table, 136 people were considered as a statistical sample. The tools used in this research were three standard questionnaires of intellectual capital Bontis (1999), psychological empowerment of Spreitzer (1995) and professional commitment of Allen and Meyer (1993), although their validity and reliability were confirmed in previous investigations, they were also studied and approved by the researcher. The analysis of the collected data in this study was done by two software first SPSS including cases of Kolmogrov-Smirnov, correlation and regression and PLS2 software was designed to design the research model. The results of the research showed that there is a direct and significant relationship between the level of intellectual capital with two variables of psychological empowerment and professional commitment. Also, intellectual capital indirectly and through the mediating variable of psychological empowerment has a significant relationship with professional commitment. Improving and raising the level of intellectual capital can lead to the ability of sports federations experts to have the ability to achieve planned sports goals through increasing their professional commitment.
